Will it work if my phone or case is not MagSafe?
Yes. Two adhesive metal adapter rings are included. Attach one to the back of a compatible non-MagSafe phone or case to create a magnetic mounting point for the EZRA grip.
Do I need to stick the grip itself to my phone?
No. The grip attaches magnetically. Adhesive is only used on the supplied metal adapter rings if you need to add magnetic compatibility to a non-MagSafe phone or case.
Can it be used as a phone stand?
Yes. The metal ring doubles as an adjustable stand for hands-free viewing.
Does the stand work vertically and horizontally?
Yes. We have personally tested it in both portrait and landscape positions.
Will it work through a phone case?
Yes, with compatible MagSafe cases. We have personally tested it with both a MagSafe-compatible Quad Lock case and a gel case. Very thick or non-magnetic cases may reduce magnetic strength.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All orders placed during weekdays will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our logistical warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
