- Can I wash the sweatband? Yes. Remove the electronic module first, wash the fabric band only.
- Is it compatible with all phones? It works with any device supporting Bluetooth version 5.3 or above. It also works with older Bluetooth, but optimal performance depends on the device.
- How loud is the sound? While exact decibels depend on the module specs, it supports standard Bluetooth headset volume — loud enough for personal use in gym / outdoor surroundings, not built for high‑volume bass‑heavy audio.

Returns Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All orders placed during weekdays will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our logistical warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
