The MiniBand Pillow is available in White, Blue, Grey and Pink.
As stock quantities are limited and vary between colours, colours are selected at random when your order is packed.
If there is a particular colour you do not want, please add a note to your order at checkout and we’ll do our best to avoid that colour when selecting your pillow.

Add a note to your order at checkout letting us know which colour you would prefer to avoid. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to available stock.
Can I request a specific colour?
You’re welcome to leave a preference in your order notes, but specific colours cannot be guaranteed due to limited and uneven stock quantities.
Does it connect to a phone or tablet?
Yes. The built-in speaker uses Bluetooth 5.3 to connect with compatible Bluetooth devices.
How is the pillow charged?
The speaker module recharges via USB-C.
How long does the battery last?
Battery playback is rated at up to 10 hours, depending on usage conditions and volume.
Returns Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipment Processing Time:
All orders placed during weekdays will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our logistical warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive a confirmation upon dispatch from the warehouse. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us by email or phone.
